CONTRACT
No purchase agreement will be made between you and BSJS Jewelers until that company has acknowledged receipt of your order via email and deducted the full amount from your credit card, debit account, or Paypal.
Accepting your order results in the formation of a contract between us that is enforceable in court. Only adults (those 18 years or older) have the legal capacity to sign contracts with legal force.
If BSJS Jewelers is unable to obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a specific item, if the ordered item does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if there is an error in content or pricing, or out-of-stock BSJS Jewelers reserves the right to refuse your order. Additionally, BSJS Jewelers reserve the right to refuse any transaction for any reason and decline service to anybody at any time and for any cause.
If we decline your order, we will not be responsible for any indirect or subsequent loss, damage, or costs. Our only obligation to you in terms of compensation is to return the money you paid for the relevant goods.
PAYMENT
By purchasing on the BSJS Jewelers website, you certify that the credit/debit card or Paypal account being used is either yours or that you have received express permission to use it from the card's owner. The card issuer must validate and authorize every credit/debit cardholder. BSJS Jewelers is not responsible for any delivery delays or non-delivery if the bank that issued your payment card declines to authorize the transaction. Payment options include using your linked credit or debit card or Paypal. Additionally, via any other techniques that might be promoted on our website.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
When the products have been shipped, your order will be accepted, and the contract between you and BSJS Jewelers will be finalized unless you cancel it within 7 working days of making full payment.
To terminate your order with BSJS Jewelers, email us the subject line "Cancellation" and your order number and address. Any returns made after the aforementioned five-day window will be at BSJS Jewelers' discretion.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Upon receiving the products, all packages must be opened right away in front of the courier to ensure that the contents are intact and have not been tampered with. You understand that if you don't do this and later discover the goods aren't inside or were damaged during delivery, we might not be able to claim against the courier or our insurers. To the fullest extent permissible by the law, you agree to be solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss if you do not comply with this. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Since every item from BSJS Jewelers is manufactured to order, we cannot provide a refund unless the item is shown to be defective. We might be able to give an exchange for a different piece in certain situations.
